In part three our hormone discussion, I am going to specifically focus on essential oils. Oils are very helpful when it comes to hormone balance. I frequently recommend them for this specific purpose, especially in middle-aged adults.
Before starting any essential oil regimen, I usually recommend eliminating toxins in your body. Avoid conventional body care products made with potentially harmful chemicals including DEA, parabens, propylene glycol and sodium lauryl sulfate. A better alternative is to use natural products made with ingredients like essential oils, coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil.
